All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bras and hats unless they are defective.

All other items in our collection are eligible for returns, including:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center using the address in your RMA email. We recommend trackable shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund credited to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • If exchanging for a more expensive item, you’ll pay the difference
  • If exchanging for a less expensive item, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • Domestic Returns (US): $8.95 return shipping fee deducted from your refund
  • International Returns: Customer arranges and pays for return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items
