Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your convenience.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the items until they reach us.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For your convenience:
- Domestic Returns (US): $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- International Returns: Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
